Your
First Visit

Your child’s first dental visit will be a fun, exciting opportunity to explore our office and get familiar with the dental setting! The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends all children establish a dental home where they receive comprehensive dental care by the first birthday or within six months of eruption of the first tooth, whichever is sooner. However, it’s never too late to seek dental care for your child.

A Lifetime of Healthy Smiles

At your first visit to our office, your child will be greeted with a smile and will enjoy books, toys, and coloring pages in our bright and playful lobby. A team member will get to know your child’s current oral health routine and dietary preferences, and will recommend any changes to optimize their health. You’ll have plenty of time to address any concerns you may have as a primary caregiver. Dr. Lana or Dr. Adam will complete a thorough examination, and we’ll develop with you a comprehensive plan to care for your child.

You’ll leave with plenty of tips and tricks to care for your child’s teeth in between dental visits.

Some children may eagerly anticipate their first appointment, while others may be hesitant. Our goal is for each visit to get a little bit easier for your child as they become more comfortable with the dental environment and know what to expect when they walk in the door. As your child’s dental home, we’ll work to equip them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime!

Insurance and Financing

We are currently in-network with most major dental insurance carriers. As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file dental insurance claims for both in-network and out-of-network insurance companies. Please remember that your dental insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company, and we cannot control which services your policy covers. You are responsible for understanding your policy and for any portion not covered by your insurance.

We require payment for treatment at the time services are rendered and accept all major credit cards as well as cash payments. We're committed to providing you with accurate, up-front treatment estimates, and we will always do what we can to help you maximize your benefits!
